Formación

• Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations or premium customer service is ideal.
• You hold a valid work permit for Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Warmly receive, greet, and escort guests for memorable experiences.
• Serve as the main contact for guest inquiries and requests.
• Anticipate guest preferences to deliver personalized experiences.
• Handle challenges with empathy and discretion.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless experiences.
