• Excellent command of professional German and English, both written and spoken (C2).
• University degree in tourism or related field is preferred.
• Several years in travel industry with tour operator or agency is required.

Responsabilidades

• Advise premium customers by phone and email in German and English.
• Handle inquiries from quotes to invoicing for bespoke trips.
• Make bookings with airlines, hotels and travel agencies; prepare itineraries.
