Aethos Mallorca is opening a brand-new luxury spa in Mallorca, seeking a Spa Therapist/Aesthetic Specialist to deliver personalized massage treatments and facials, creating a serene and luxurious guest experience. You will offer expert advice and tailored treatment options to guests in a premium setting.

Requirements include massage therapy and aesthetician certification, 2+ years in a luxury spa, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Certification as a massage therapist and aesthetician with knowledge in anatomy, physiology, skincare and related techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to create a welcoming and relaxing environment.
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and hygiene.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury spa or resort setting.
• Spanish & English speakers; other languages are welcome.
• Manicure & Pedicure experience or yoga teaching are welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Healing Hands Expert: provide therapeutic massages and body treatments that promote relaxation and wellness.
• Skincare Savant: deliver personalized facial treatments that enhance natural beauty and guest confidence.
• Wellness Whisperer: listen to guest needs and customize treatments to promote balance and harmony.
• Customer Care Connoisseur: provide exceptional service and ensure guests feel pampered and valued.
• Retail Advisor: recommend and assist with retail product sales aligned with guests’ wellness journeys.
• Spa Operations: maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment room with proper sanitization and restocking.
• Reception Support: assist spa reception with online and phone reservations and guest service.
• Other knowledge such as manicure/pedicure or yoga teaching is welcome.
• A passion for wellness and a genuine desire to help others look and feel their best.
