Job summary

OTTO Work Force in the Netherlands is hiring a Logistics Employee – FLEX Warehouse. This hands-on role involves picking, packing, sealing, and loading products, using a handheld scanner, and keeping goods moving efficiently in a modern, international warehouse.

You will work full-time with a day shift from 07:00 to 15:30 (overtime and other shifts possible). Salary is €14.99 gross per hour base, or €16.64 with listed allowances; additional shifts and cold-environment allowances may be available.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or warehousing is beneficial but not required.
• Willingness to obtain certification for electric pallet truck or reach truck.
• Motivation and a practical, hands-on approach to work.
• Good physical fitness is essential.
• Ability to communicate in English and/or Dutch.
• Flexible to work different shifts as needed.
• Available for long-term employment.

Responsibilities

• Pick products using a handheld scanner.
• Sort, pack, and prepare products for shipment.
• Seal packages and stack them on pallets.
• Lift and move packages of different weights.
• Assemble products on the production line.
• Load and unload containers.
• Help maintain an efficient flow of goods throughout the warehouse.
