Job summary

Ball Corporation seeks a Logistics Coordinator in Spain to manage daily logistics, ensure compliant export and shipping documentation, and collaborate with warehouse, customer service, and carriers to support efficient goods movement.

The role is on-site at the Llinars del Vallès plant with a salary range of 36,000–50,000 EUR gross per year, plus eligibility for Ball’s annual incentive compensation program and opportunities for growth within a global packaging leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
• Experience coordinating logistics, transport, shipping or warehouse activities.
• Knowledge of customs/import-export documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external carriers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics activities with warehouse operations and customer service teams.
• Monitor shipping requirements, prepare picking lists, and ensure timely execution of shipping plans.
• Prepare and manage export, customs, and shipping documentation with accurate records.
• Represent the company in customs matters and collaborate with customs brokers.
• Arrange transportation, issue transport orders, track deliveries and communicate delays.
• Monitor warehouse inventory levels and coordinate transfers to external warehouses.
• Prepare transportation, inventory, carrier performance, and monthly operational reports.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will coordinate logistics activities for Ball Aerosol Packaging while ensuring customs requirements and shipping documentation are completed accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations. The role works closely with warehouse operations, customer service teams, transportation providers, and customs partners to support the efficient movement of goods and maintain reliable supply chain performance.

• Coordinate daily logistics activities with warehouse operations and customer service teams to support efficient goods movement.

• Prepare and manage export, customs, and shipping documentation while maintaining accurate records and regulatory compliance.
• Represent the company in customs-related matters and collaborate with customs brokers to implement legislative and procedural changes.
• Arrange transportation, issue transport orders, track deliveries, and proactively communicate delays or service deviations.
• Monitor warehouse inventory levels and coordinate transfers to external warehouses as required.
• Prepare transportation, inventory, carrier performance, and monthly operational reports, including Intrastat reporting.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, external carriers, and customs partners.

• Knowledge of customer service and warehouse environments is advantageous.

Work Environment

This role requires on-site presence at our Llinars del Vallès plant.

Hiring Range

36 000 – 50 000 EUR gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks. Depending on these factors, the actual offer may fall above or below the posted range.

This position is eligible to participate in Ball’s annual incentive compensation program.
