Vestas in Madrid seeks procurement professionals to join the Logistics & Construction Procurement team, focusing on specialized services and cross‑functional negotiations. You will analyze cost structures, benchmark prices, and secure favorable commercial agreements that align with timelines, quality standards and project budgets across the EMEA region.

The role targets individuals with 1–5 years in strategic sourcing within multinational environments and fluent English; German is a plus.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, international trade, economics, logistics or related field.
1–2 years to +5 years in strategic sourcing, commercial negotiation or service management in multinational environments.
Experience procuring services in transportation, logistics, construction, infrastructure, energy or project-based sectors.
Strong negotiation and financial benchmarking skills with persuasive communication.
Fluent English; German is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

Lead sourcing, evaluation and negotiation of contracts for logistics services and specialized transport.
Develop and maintain cost models and price benchmarks to secure favorable terms.
Drive negotiations and build relationships with multiple stakeholders across functions.
Collaborate with sales and tendering during bidding by calculating competitive logistics costs.
Ensure contract compliance and monitor supplier performance against timelines and budgets.
