  • Handle invoicing and customs clearance.
  • Communicate deliveries to head office and sales companies.
  • Enter and manage spare parts orders.
  • Standardize work with the transportation team.

Conocimientos

Strong logistics and transportation knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English (C1 level)
Experience with ERP systems

Main Tasks And Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize the shipment of products.
  • Coordinate with transportation and logistics companies to ensure timely and cost‑effective shipping.
  • Create packing lists.
  • Handle invoicing and customs clearance.
  • Communicate deliveries to head office and sales companies.
  • Enter and manage spare parts orders.
  • Communicate with the transportation team to introduce improvements and standardize work.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
  • University degree (or master’s) in logistics.
  • Strong logistics and transportation knowledge.
  • At least 2 years’ work experience in a shipping department.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level, written and spoken).
  • Experience using ERP systems.
  • Experience with Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Continuous‑improvement mindset with a business‑driven, fact‑based approach towards suppliers and a focus on building long‑term relationships.
