Repsol in Madrid, Spain is seeking an LNG Contracts Analyst to coordinate and manage negotiations of Master Sales and Purchases Agreements, EFET, ISDAs and related documents within Wholesale Gas trading.

The role involves identifying risks, advising Front Office on contract structure, liaising with internal teams and counterparties, and supporting the onboarding process (KYC). Fluency in English is required, plus a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience.

Qualifikationen

• Law degree preferred.
• 3+ years in gas/LNG trading or comparable commodities.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating LNG contracts.

Aufgaben

• Analyse proposed transactions and advise on contractual risk and structure.
• Identify and coordinate review of risks with subject-matter experts.
• Coordinate with counterparties and internal stakeholders to ensure contract compliance.
• Serve as main contact for counterparties and onboarding processes (KYC).
• Respond to questions about terms and conditions.
• Maintain records of negotiations and executed documents.
• Contribute to development of templates, clause libraries and policy controls.
