Avance Consulting is seeking an experienced LIMS SampleManager Consultant to support implementation, customization and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of laboratory processes and hands-on experience delivering validated LIMS solutions in regulated pharma and life sciences settings.

Experience providing IT support for LIMS systems in pharmaceutical, biotech, or laboratory settings is required; familiarity with ITIL processes and GxP guidelines is a plus.

Formación

• Experience delivering validated LIMS solutions in regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with Thermo Fisher SampleManager LIMS.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory processes and sample management.
• Experience IT support for LIMS in pharma/biotech labs.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to document system processes and incident resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Support implementation, customization and integration initiatives for LIMS.
• Troubleshoot application issues and system errors; resolve tickets.
• Collaborate with bio/pharma teams to ensure compliant lab workflows.

We are seeking an experienced LIMS SampleManager Consultant with strong expertise in Thermo Fisher SampleManager LIMS to support implementation, customization, and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of laboratory processes and hands-on experience in delivering validated LIMS solutions in regulated environments such as Pharma and Life Sciences.

Experience providing IT support for LIMS systems in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or laboratory setting.

• Experience with Sample Manager LIMS is must.
• Strong understanding of laboratory processes, sample management, and analytical workflows.
• Experience with LIMS system configuration, master data updates, development and user management.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, change, and problem management)
• Ability to troubleshoot application issues, system errors, and support ticket resolution.
• Familiarity with GxP, FDA, and other regulatory guidelines related to laboratory systems.
• Knowledge of system integration concepts (LIMS to instruments, ELNs, ERP systems).
• Strong skills in documenting system processes, configurations, and incident resolution procedures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working with both technical and non-technical teams.
