Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd is seeking a Lifeguard in Spain to oversee poolside safety and ensure members have an excellent experience. You will conduct pool tests and maintain accurate documentation in line with company guidelines, while promoting health and fitness values across the club.

The role requires an NPLQ qualification, strong communication, and a team-player mindset. The position is based at a David Lloyd Club in the Madrid area, with perks and a culture of growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold an NPLQ qualification to apply.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
• Team player and willing to share knowledge and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee poolside safety and maintain compliance with Health and Safety requirements.
• Conduct pool tests in line with company guidelines and maintain documentation.
• Ensure members have a great experience and support a welcoming environment.

With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs, our Lifeguards play a vital role in always overseeing the poolside safety as well as being on hand to ensure our members are having a great experience .

You will ensure the pool areas are compliant on all Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines and ensuring that documentation is maintained accurately at all times .
