Caliber Therapies in Navarre, FL is seeking a dedicated provider to join our team. This contract position involves driving clients, assisting with transfers, and supporting activities of daily living as needed, with mileage reimbursement and the potential for increased hours based on performance.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, organized, and able to communicate effectively in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with brain injury/IDD/mental health/veterans preferred.
• Ownership or willingness to purchase a tablet for documentation.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Background check and driving history check.
• Current full-coverage auto insurance.
• CPR/First Aid Certification for Pediatrics & Adults preferred.
• Professional Liability Insurance required or willingness to obtain.

Position Details:

• Hourly rate: $20/hr
• Service Area: Navarre, FL (mileage reimbursed)
• Employment Type: Contract position with potential for increased hours based on performance and availability
• Responsibilities: May include driving, assisting with transfers, and supporting activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Experience working with brain injury, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), mental health, and/or veteran populations
• Military service or experience with veterans (not required but a plus)
• Ownership of or willingness to purchase a tablet for documentation
