Veeva Systems is seeking candidates for its Master Class Program to pivot into Life Sciences Consulting. You will own key workstreams on customer engagements and collaborate with team members at all levels of Veeva, gaining access to tools and resources to accelerate consulting skills.

Graduates or professionals with 3–5 years of industry experience who are excited to pivot into consulting for a critical industry will find this program a strong entry point, with an anticipated September 2026

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience from Life Sciences, advanced degree, or other non-consulting work experience.
• Desire to join an intense, challenging program and environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with proactive thinking.
• Process-driven approach with comfort analyzing data to identify improvements.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% annually.
• Workauthorization in the EU.

Responsabilidades

• Support and deliver all components of customer engagements (e.g., communications, workshops, interviews, data analysis, timelines).
• Collaborate with Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize operating and engagement models, processes, and performance.
• Leverage Veeva software and data to derive tangible business and operating solutions.
