Veeva Systems in Barcelona is hiring recent graduates for the Business Consultant Development Program, designed to fast-track your career as a Business Consultant and future leader.

You will work on customer engagements, leverage Data Cloud, and collaborate with analysts to deliver high-impact solutions. Starting salary is 38,000 EUR with potential equity after one year.

Work from Anywhere, but reside within commuting distance to the Barcelona office; travel up to 20% per year is expected.

Formación

• Desire to work within an intense, challenging program and environment.
• An analytical type of person who loves digging into numbers and other data to find insights.
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance.
• Recent university graduate (up to 1 year postgraduate experience maximum).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Basic understanding of SQL, Python, or a comparable coding language.
• High work ethic. Veeva is a hard-working company.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of your time per year.

Responsabilidades

• Support and deliver all components of customer engagements (e.g., customer communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, managing timelines).
• Leverage data and analytics to deliver insights and business solutions, powered by Veeva’s Data Cloud.
• Collaborate with Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize customer operating and engagement models, process, and analytics.
