Job summary

• University degree and/or FP superior required.
• Experience leading teams of 5+ people.
• Strong adaptability and commitment to internal/external customers.
• Lean improvement and continuous improvement focus preferred.
• Willingness to travel and coordinate multiple centers in Catalonia.

Responsibilities

• Plan, control and manage delegation operations to ensure proper functioning.
• Guarantee service quality for patients in coordination with all actors at delegation level.
• Coordinate home route activities, consultations, and telephone reviews.
• Manage stocks, warehouse and workshop activities.
• Coordinate vehicle fleet for the delegation.
• Assist in administrative activities by the Delegation Operations Director.
• Provide and arrange necessary materials for patient care.
• Track and manage reports and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with tool usage rules and safety procedures by staff.
