What we’re looking for:

• 1–6 years of experience in Leveraged Finance (LevFin) or High Yield roles at premier banks or buy-side firms.

• Advanced expertise in credit analysis, transaction structuring, and leveraged loan/high yield bond markets.

• High proficiency in financial modeling and scenario building for LBOs, M&A, and refinancing.

• Familiarity with negotiation, sponsor communications, and deal documentation.

Project Info (Requirements):

• Minimum 20 hour commitment per week.

• Remote asynchronous contract.

• Join a research project with an elite AI lab. Help improve AI decision-making in leveraged finance and high-yield transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create challenging high-yield and LevFin transaction scenarios to expand AI’s financial reasoning.

• Build, annotate, and adapt detailed models for deals and investor presentations.

• Validate and refine AI-generated LevFin outputs to meet market standards.
