Job summary

You will meet clients in person or via video, assess their financial circumstances, and recommend investment, pension, protection, and wealth management solutions. The role requires proactive business development and ongoing portfolio reviews to ensure suitability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Recognized Level 4 qualification in financial advice with current authorization.
• Experience as Independent Financial Adviser with client-facing advisory work in investments and pensions.

Responsibilities

Role Description Level 4 IFA role is based in the Costa Blanca and focuses on delivering regulated financial advice to a diverse client base. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients in person or via video call assessing their financial circumstances and objectives, and recommending suitable investment, pension, protection, and wealth management solutions. The role involves preparing and presenting advice reports, conducting regular portfolio reviews, and ensuring ongoing suitability and compliance with regulatory standards. The adviser will collaborate with internal support teams, maintain accurate client records, and stay up to date with market developments and product changes. The position requires proactive business development, networking, and relationship management to grow and retain a robust client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Recognized Level 4 qualification in financial advice or equivalent, with current authorization to provide regulated financial planning services.
• Demonstrated experience as an Independent Financial Adviser, including client-facing advisory work in investments and pensions
• Strong knowledge of financial products, regulatory requirements, suitability standards, and compliance procedures.
• Excellent client relationship skills, including clear communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex concepts in accessible terms.
• Proven ability to develop new business, manage a portfolio of clients, and work towards agreed performance and service targets.
• High level of integrity, professional ethics, and commitment to putting clients’ interests first in all advice and recommendations.
• Strong analytical, numeracy, and report-writing skills, with attention to detail and sound judgment in assessing client needs.
• Ability to work independently within a structured framework, while collaborating effectively with colleagues and support staff.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages relevant to the Area is advantageous.
• Familiarity with financial planning software, CRM systems, and standard office applications.
