El candidato ideal tendrá de 3 a 7 años de experiencia en una empresa farmacéutica o un bufete de abogados. Las responsabilidades incluyen proporcionar asesoría legal estratégica, gestionar acuerdos comerciales y contribuir a los procesos legales. Formación

  • 3 a 7 años de experiencia legal preferentemente en departamento legal interno en una empresa farmacéutica o en un bufete de abogados enfocado en ciencias de la vida.
  • Capacidad para entender y alinear estrategias legales con objetivos comerciales más amplios.
  • Profesional dedicado y con alta integridad que opera con los máximos estándares éticos.

Responsabilidades

  • Proporcionar asesoría legal estratégica para apoyar las operaciones comerciales de Adalvo.
  • Redactar, revisar y negociar una amplia gama de acuerdos comerciales.
  • Contribuir a construir y diseñar los mejores procesos legales para el Departamento Legal.

Summary

SUMMARY OF POSITION Adalvo seeks a meticulous and business-focused Legal Manager to provide comprehensive legal support across Adalvo's organization.

Organization structure

ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE The Legal Manager position is an in-house legal counsel role incorporated in the Legal Department, reporting to the Senior Legal Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to support Adalvo's business operations.
  • Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including but not limited to licensing agreements, development agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements and distribution agreements.
  • Contribute to building and designing best legal processes and practices for the Legal Department that streamline operations and improve overall legal functions.
  • Provide timely recommendations to mitigate potential legal exposure.
  • Proactively identify potential legal risks and assist in implementing strategies to minimize those risks.
  • Regularly communicate with and provide input to the Senior Legal Manager regarding legal issues and developments affecting Adalvo.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Excellent level of English, both written and spoken.
  • 3 to 7 years of legal experience preferably within an in-house Legal department at a pharmaceutical company or, at a top law firm with a focus on life sciences.
  • Proven track record in managing commercial agreements, such as licensing agreements, development agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements and distribution agreements.
  • Strong ability to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Business-focused, with the ability to understand and align legal strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, enabling communication across various levels of the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with executive leadership, internal teams, and external partners.
  • A dedicated and high-integrity professional who operates with the utmost ethical standards in handling sensitive legal matters.
