Job summary

Lexroom Srl is building an AI platform that transforms how legal work gets done. You will own and refine the Proprietary Database, test the product with the team, and set data quality standards as one of the first hires.

You will collaborate with data annotators and AI engineers to shape high-quality validation and training datasets for our AI algorithms. As part of a fast-growing company, you will influence product development, work with partners on data sourcing, and help Lexroom become

Qualifications

• Law degree or equivalent in Spain.
• 1–3 years of experience as a practicing lawyer (civil law preferred).
• Interest in a fast-growing environment and shifting to a product/legal data role.
• Experience in Product or Program Management or managing legal knowledge bases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Test and validate the product as part of the product team.
• Maintain and update the Proprietary Database, ensuring relevance and consistency.
• Collect user feedback and influence product development direction.
• Collaborate with data annotators and AI engineers to create high-quality datasets.
• Be a foundational member, growing with the company and setting the tone for future hires.

Role

You will be responsible for the construction, maintenance, and strategic initiatives related to our Proprietary Database:

• Be part of the product team and act as the first expert to test and validate the product.

• Establish processes to ensure the database is always updated, relevant, and consistent.

• Collect users’ feedback on the product and help steer product development in the right direction.

• Collaborate with data annotators and AI Engineers to define and create high‑quality validation and training datasets for our AI algorithms.

• As one of the first hires, you’ll set the tone for future colleagues, growing and scaling with the company while leading by example.

• Work closely with partners to define data acquisition priorities and relevant sources.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law in Spain.

• 1–3 years of experience as a practicing lawyer (preferably in civil law).

• Desire to pursue an alternative and challenging career path in a fast‑growing environment.

• Strong plus: experience in Product or Program Management, or in managing legal knowledge bases.
