A major international bank in Spain is seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to support its capital markets activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in structured finance and securitizations law. Responsibilities include providing legal advice on transactions, liaising with external legal counsel, and identifying legal risks. Formación

• Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in structured finance or securitization law.
• Experience in M&A, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.
• Ability to provide legal advice and support on various capital markets transactions.

• Lead structuring of transactions and review documentation.
