A technology consultancy is seeking a qualified lawyer to support client demand teams from Spain. The position requires fluency in German and English, alongside 3-5 years of experience in contract law and IT law. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating client agreements and delivering highly responsive service within a dynamic team. This role is remote and suited for a self-motivated individual ready to handle ambiguity and prioritize effectively.

In particular, you will be responsible for supporting our client demand teams based in Germany and other European markets as you draft, review, and negotiate client agreements for our services and products. Your ability to prioritise demands and skilfully handle a busy workload of client agreements is essential.
Currently, we operate as a remote team in Europe. This role will ideally work remotely from Spain/Netherlands/Romania/UK. Be qualified in Germany and admitted to practice law in Germany is mandatory for this role.
