Adamed Pharma seeks an experienced Legal & Compliance Counsel in Spain to support multiple departments. You will provide ongoing legal advice, draft and negotiate contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance for pharmaceutical operations.

The role requires a law degree, bar admission, 5+ years’ experience, English at C1, and willingness to travel. You will develop compliance policies, train staff and represent the company in legal matters.

Formación

• Requires a university degree in law.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Professional qualification as a lawyer and authorisation to practise law.
• Certifications or training in compliance or audit are a plus.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical law, civil law, commercial law and competition law.
• Ability to develop compliance policies and processes in a lab or pharmaceutical company.
• Autonomy, precision and responsibility with a quality-oriented approach.
• Experience in labour law and handling employment-related matters.
• Experience collaborating with trade unions is valued.
• Advanced level of English, preferably C1.
• Willingness to travel for business.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing legal advice to different departments within Adamed Pharma.
• Prepare, review and negotiate contracts, annexes, agreements and powers of attorney.
• Advise on processes related to the manufacture of medicines and activities of a company holding a manufacturing authorisation.
• Issue legal and compliance opinions on promotional and marketing materials from a regulatory perspective.
• Develop, implement and update policies and procedures to minimise legal and compliance risks.
• Represent the company in judicial, administrative and out-of-court proceedings.
• Deliver legal and compliance training to employees.
• Define framework for marketing activities ensuring compliance with external regulations and ethical standards.
• Advise governing bodies on strategic matters related to Adamed Laboratorios and Adamed Farmacéutica.

• Provide ongoing legal advice to the different departments of the company.
• Prepare, review and negotiate contracts, annexes, agreements, powers of attorney and other documents from a legal perspective.
• Advise on processes related to the manufacture of medicines and the activities of a company holding a manufacturing authorisation.
• Issue legal and compliance opinions on promotional and marketing materials, as well as assess promotional activities from a legal and regulatory perspective.
• Develop, implement and update policies, processes, procedures and systems aimed at preventing and minimising legal and compliance risks.
• Represent the company in judicial, administrative and out-of-court proceedings.
• Deliver legal and compliance training to employees within the organisation.
• Define the company’s framework for marketing activities, ensuring compliance with external regulations, regulatory requirements and the ethical standards of the market.
• Advise the governing bodies on strategic matters related to Adamed Laboratorios, S.L.U. and Adamed Farmacéutica, S.L.U.

Requirements

• University degree in Law.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Professional qualification as a lawyer and authorisation to practise law.
• Certifications, specific training or solid experience in compliance or audit.
• Practical knowledge of the regulations applicable to the pharmaceutical industry, especially pharmaceutical law, civil law, commercial law and competition law.
• Ability to develop compliance policies, procedures and processes in a laboratory or pharmaceutical company.
• Autonomy, precision, responsibility and a quality-oriented approach to assigned tasks.
• Practical and solid knowledge of labour law, as well as experience in managing employment-related legal matters in a company.
• Experience collaborating with trade unions will be valued.
• Advanced level of English, preferably C1.
• Availability to travel for business purposes.
