The ideal candidate will manage tenant relationships and conduct market analysis, contributing to the improvement of internal leasing processes. This role also involves executing marketing plans and supporting the Asset Management team. WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to join our dynamic team in Madrid. In this role, the successful candidate will drive our leasing activities across the Spanish portfolio — from executing tailor‑made marketing plans and managing tenant relationships, to leading submarket research, preparing commercial offers, coordinating legal validations, and supporting our Asset Management team on leasing strategy. The position also includes responsibility for internal reporting, market analysis (including AI‑based tools), and contributing to the improvement of internal leasing processes.

• Execution and follow‑up on tailor‑made marketing plans.
• Deep and systematic follow‑up on leasing leads and deals and its internal reporting.
• Thorough sub‑market research and structured evidence of each asset under commercialization.
• Execution of commercial strategic plans and tenant relationship management.
• Nurture institutional relations.
• Commercial offers drafting and legal validation.
• Support Asset Management on leasing strategy.
• Market research and AI implementation on market analysis and information recording.
• Update of financial models on leasing deals, execution of analysis, prepare approval documents.
• Execute the design of internal procedures and processes to drive a better leasing result.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

• Proven track record in commercial real estate leasing, preferably in logistics/industrial assets.
• Experience in managing leasing pipelines, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals.
• Capability to do market research, submarket mapping, and competitive landscape analysis.
• Demonstrated experience working with clients, external partners, agents and institutions.
• Background in preparing commercial offers, supporting legal documentation and financial models.
• Previous involvement in strategic leasing planning and supporting Asset Management functions.
• Experience designing or improving internal processes and reporting frameworks.
