Position summary

As part of this role, you will work with users to resolve issues, support the learning team, and act as the first point of contact between ADP and our provider, the learning team, and our learners. You will participate in meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
You will integrate a mature support structure and assist in reporting to help forecast workload and provide insights.
What you'll do: Responsibilities
- Maintain learning technologies operations
- Be the main contact for learning technologies providers (DEFI, XPERTEAM) for daily operations
- Follow up on tickets and system malfunctions
- Ensure system interfaces are efficient and reliable
- Provide dashboards and reports for business needs
- Update platforms according to standards
- Customize and maintain the LMS platform
- Test in staging environment
- Collaborate with training and project teams on LMS improvements
- Proactively propose solutions
Partner with Stakeholders
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and respond to needs
- Provide regular status updates and obtain approvals for changes
- Participate in weekly meetings with providers and teams
Assist users of the systems
- Support participants and learning consultants during sessions
- Pre-check requirements and categorize calls for reporting
- Organize workshops for connection issues
- Create tickets for malfunctions
Requirements
- College degree is a plus but not required; relevant experience is acceptable
- Fluent in French; English is a plus
- Problem-solving and reporting skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Proactive and collaborative approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
