L&D Advisor
Location: Madrid
Main responsibilities of the role:
Annual Training Plans
- Defining the annual training path for each retail position in the store.
- Creation of new learning contents based on our colleagues needs.
- Content updating of the existing courses and other learning materials.
- Definition of training guides for internal trainers.
- Coordination of all training activities during the year.
- Preparation of the Training Plan communication for the stores.
Training records and KPIs reports
- Keeping track of all training actions in Iberia Training Log file.
- Coordinate the correct recording of all training actions by the stores.
- Compilation of all training data across the organization including the stores and all regional office departments.
- Preparation of L&D reports and main KPIS analysis.
Training content
- To keep and maintain all training courses content updated, as well as, other training materials or documents.
- Collaborating closely with the content stakeholders to make sure it is adapted and updated and comply with the learning objectives and final purpose of the training.
- Creation or adaptation of all our learning content for our Digital Learning Platform.
Corporate programs
- Support on reviewing adaptation for Iberia
- Support on managing communication plan
- Follow up after implementation with the stores and offices
New stores
- Training venue organization (virtually or face-to-face)
- Internal trainers coordination
- Communication plan of all the learning activities
- Preparation of required training material
Other learning activities:
- Organization of Retail Training Plans for the roles of Store Managers, Assistant Managers and P&C Managers.
- Organization of the inductions of new employees
Essential knowledge, skills and experience:
- Experience in managing L&D function within Retail / hospitality sector.
- Experience in design, delivery and evaluation of training and development initiatives.
- Excellent training, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Strong influence skills.
- Commercially-focused and service-oriented.
- Relationship-building & customer-focused.
- Manage change effectively.
- Strong IT skills.
- Experience working in a fashion retail environment will be a distinct advantage.
- Intermediate/High English level
- Desirable Portuguese language
