International Schools Partnership in Spain is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to help develop and implement individualized support plans, assist students in classroom activities, and help adapt materials to diverse needs.

The role emphasizes safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusive education, with an expectation of prior experience in learning support or related field.

Applicants should possess an education degree or relevant certification and strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Description Responsibilities: Assist with the development and implementation of individualized support plans. Provide support to students in the classroom and during activities. Monitor and document student progress. Prepare and organize learning materials and resources.

Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills. Excellent patience and ability to work with diverse students. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Requirements: Experience in learning support, preferably in an educational setting. Relevant certifications or degree in education or a related field.
