An ideal candidate has over 3 years of Windows application experience using C# and WinUI, with a strong focus on user-centered design. Formación

• 3+ years in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI (or similar).
• Deep understanding of Windows application architecture.
• Proven track record of building and shipping production-quality desktop applications.
• Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows.
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures.
• Experience leading technical design and mentoring other engineers.
• Strong communication skills and user-centric mindset.
