We are looking for a Lead VFX Artist to lead the VFX discipline across our games, combining strong artistic expertise with team coordination, visual direction, and pipeline development. You will work closely with the Art Director and key stakeholders across the studio to ensure a consistent visual and technical quality across all VFX, while supporting project and studio goals.
You will oversee the VFX process from initial concepts and prototyping through implementation, iteration, optimisation, and final delivery. Working with our proprietary engine and in-house tools, you will also contribute to the evolution of our VFX workflows, standards, and technology.
After 3 months, you will have built a strong understanding of the studio's projects, VFX workflows, team structure, and production requirements. You will have established effective working relationships with the Art Director and key stakeholders across the studio.
