This role requires an experienced candidate with strong skills in Linux systems, software management, and effective team leadership to drive projects forward. You will be responsible for managing the software engineering team, facilitating collaboration with product engineering teams, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products.

Formación

• Proven track record in technical roles with Linux, preferably Ubuntu or Debian.
• Experience with management responsibilities.
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the software engineering team to deliver OEM enablement projects.
• Recruit, motivate, and mentor team members.
• Coordinate with project managers and monitor projects from kickoff to post-mortem.
