Job summary

Cytel Inc. seeks a Senior/Principal Statistical Programmer SAS + R for a sponsor-dedicated role, fully embedded with one of our pharmaceutical clients in Spain.

This position focuses on delivering high-quality programming for clinical trials, with CRO oversight and FDA/GxP awareness. You will develop SDTM/ADaM specifications, write SAS and R programs, review define.xml, and contribute to clinical study reports and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Statistical Programmer in Biotech/Pharma
• Experience with CDISC standards (SDTM/ADaM) and regulatory submissions
• Ability to work independently and oversee CRO programming
• Excellent communication skills and leadership capabilities

Responsibilities

• Generate SDTM and ADaM specifications and define.xml for multiple studies
• Develop SAS programs to create datasets, listings, tables and graphs
• Deliver high-quality SAS and R programs for clinical development
• Oversee CRO programming deliverables to meet timelines
• Support preparation of clinical study reports and regulatory submissions
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and GCP
