Zealous Agency in Spain is seeking a senior Sitecore professional to bridge technical leadership and hands-on delivery, owning architectural decisions while staying close to the code.

You will work with global brands on XM Cloud, Sitecore AI, and modern .NET stacks, lead delivery teams, define solutions, and communicate complex concepts clearly in client-facing settings.

Formación

• Sitecore certified with strong consultancy/agency background.
• 5+ years development experience, with .NET/ASP.NET Core and Sitecore MVC or Headless.
• Proven ability to define technical architecture, scope solutions and lead delivery teams.
• Hands-on AI experience and XM Cloud - essential
• Comfortable in client-facing situations and confident communicating complex technical concepts

They need a senior Sitecore professional who can bridge the gap between technical leadership and hands‑on delivery, owning architectural decisions while staying close to the code.

An ability to work closely with clients and lead on solutions is a must. They use the latest in Sitecore tech and are very keen on anyone with XM Cloud/ Sitecore AI experience.

Key skills and experience required:

• Sitecore certified with strong consultancy/agency background
• 5+ years development experience, with .NET/ASP.NET Core and Sitecore MVC or Headless
• Proven ability to define technical architecture, scope solutions and lead delivery teams
• Demonstrable hands‑on AI experience and XM Cloud - essential
• Comfortable in client‑facing situations and confident communicating complex technical concepts

Big plus if you're a Sitecore MVP or active in the Sitecore community.
