Una empresa internacional de tecnología busca un Lead AI Engineer para diseñar y desarrollar sistemas avanzados de IA, enfocándose en aplicaciones de IA generativa. Se requiere más de 5 años de experiencia en ingeniería de IA/ML y dominio de Python. Esta es una oportunidad para liderar proyectos técnicos y mentorear a otros ingenieros en un entorno de trabajo 100% remoto y flexible. Se valorarán conocimientos en ML frameworks y plataformas en la nube.

Formación

• Más de 5 años de experiencia profesional en ingeniería de IA/ML.
• Experiencia en la construcción de aplicaciones de IA de producción y pipelines de datos.
• Conocimientos sólidos en plataformas en la nube como AWS, GCP y Azure.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, construir y desplegar sistemas avanzados de IA.

Lead AI Engineer Responsibilities

• Take ownership of designing, building, and deploying advanced AI systems with a strong focus on generative AI and LLM‑based applications. Lead the technical direction of AI projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Develop high‑quality, production‑ready Python code and machine learning pipelines.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to shaping a world‑class AI engineering culture.
• Fully remote role with flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI / ML engineering, with a strong background in Python (senior‑level proficiency required).
• Experience building production‑grade AI applications and data pipelines.
• Proficiency with modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and model‑serving frameworks (FastAPI, Triton, Ray, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• A proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor other engineers.
