Job summary

Teacheroo is seeking a Primary School Teacher to plan, deliver, and assess high-quality learning experiences for students in a bilingual/international setting. You will foster academic, social, emotional, and personal development within a safe, inclusive classroom aligned with the school’s mission.

Responsibilities include leading the primary program, mentoring staff, monitoring student progress, engaging families, and coordinating assessments and timetables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or license, as required by local regulations.
• Minimum of X years of teaching experience in Primary Education.
• Experience in bilingual or international schools is an advantage.
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills.

Responsibilities

• Academic and Pedagogical Leadership: Design, implement, and oversee the Primary academic program.
• Teaching Staff Management: Coordinate, mentor, and evaluate the Primary teaching team.
• Student Monitoring: Oversee students' academic, social, and emotional progress.
• Family Engagement: Maintain effective and timely communication with parents and guardians.
• Administrative Management: Prepare academic and performance reports for the Primary section, coordinate timetables, assessments, and school activities.
