Formación

• 8+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de software, con enfoque en soluciones empresariales.
• Dominio fuerte de uno o más lenguajes de programación (Java requerido).
• Experiencia con arquitectura de microservicios y AWS.
• Historial comprobado de entrega de soluciones de software de alta calidad.
• Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y pensamiento crítico.
• Habilidades sólidas de comunicación y colaboración.

Responsabilidades

• Trabajar con equipos interdisciplinarios para construir un sistema de telemetría.
• Desarrollar la plataforma centralizada para toda la experimentación.
• Colaborar con gerentes de producto y arquitectos para entender requisitos.
• Guiar y mentorizar a un equipo de ingenieros.
• Asegurar la calidad y el rendimiento de la base de código.
• Mantenerse actualizado con las tendencias de la industria.

the role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated lead engineer to join our User Insights team within Engineering Development and Delivery. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality enterprise solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and deployment of our products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work across cross-functional teams to build a telemetry system that enables product-led growth and key adoption insights for product strategy.
• Build the centralized platform for all experimentation across a global enterprise technology company to drive the future of data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Drive the capability for parallel feature development and ensure incremental delivery of software.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Ensure the quality and performance of the codebase through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including agile methodologies, DevOps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.

Required Skills and Experience :

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on enterprise solutions.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java required, with the expectation of adapting to other languages as needed).
• Experience with AWS and microservices architecture.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience in developing in a contract-first environment.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and technologies that interface with backend consumers (e.g. AWS Kinesis / SNS / SQS / EventBridge).
• Proven ability to use a data-driven approach to continuous improvement and decisionmaking.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with large-scale enterprise cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and best practices.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI / CD tools and processes.
