• Bachelor's degree in CS, telecom or related field.
• Strong experience with Datadog and AWS.
• Proven ability to define SLIs/SLOs from business needs.

• Build distributed tracing and logging pipelines.
• Define SLIs/SLOs with stakeholders and translate telemetry into dashboards.
