A contract research organization seeks an eCOA and RTSM Application Specialist to ensure the implementation of eCOA solutions and Randomization and Trial Supply Management across clinical studies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field, with 3–5 years of relevant experience. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong understanding of clinical trial processes. This is a flexible, home-based, full-time position, offering opportunities for ongoing learning and development.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in eCOA, EDC, IRT, or eClinical solutions within a CRO or pharma environment.
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes and data management principles.
• Experience with system configuration, UAT, and validation activities.

Responsabilidades

• Act as eCOA and RTSM subject matter expert during study phases.
• Define functional requirements for eCOA and RTSM solutions.
• Draft and maintain system specifications and user requirements.
• Lead training sessions and support study-specific training materials.
