Join a leading Outsourcing / BPO company and help drive sales success by generating high-quality leads for our clients in the IT and technology sector. You’ll work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth handovers and support the sales pipeline with accurate, qualified leads.

Location : Malaga or Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)

Compensation : Base salary + bonuses

What You’ll Do
  • Enhance segmentation data in Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce for prioritized accounts
  • Qualify leads from events and online demand generation campaigns
  • Support local promotional campaigns and telemarketing projects to generate opportunities
  • Improve customer profiling data and ensure accurate, up-to-date contact details
  • Collaborate with telesales and inside sales teams to convert leads into opportunities
  • Conduct lead qualification via phone or online channels, including online chats
What We’re Looking For
  • Native or fluent in French, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good proficiency in English (B2 or higher)
  • Eligible to live and work in Spain without restrictions
  • Strong IT literacy and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Customer-focused, dependable, and motivated to achieve objectives
  • Passion for sales, technology, and business development
