Job summary

Radley Green Ltd in Europe is seeking a Senior Manager – Finance Transformation, Systems & FP&A (Fintech) to sit at the intersection of finance, technology and transformation. The role is fully remote and offers substantial upside in a fast-scaling fintech or SaaS environment.

You will drive the transformation of the finance function’s systems, data and processes, own revenue operations and FP&A, and lead systems projects from scoping to implementation, including Stripe, HubSpot, ERP and BI

Qualifications

• Experience leading finance transformation in a scaling fintech.
• Led or delivered systems projects (Stripe, HubSpot, ERP or BI tooling).
• Built FP&A models, forecasts and reporting from scratch.
• Hands-on with ability to implement themselves and present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive transformation of finance function's systems, processes and operating model.
• Lead end-to-end finance systems projects from scoping to implementation.
• Own revenue and billing reporting across ARR, subscriptions, churn and unit economics.
• Build budgeting, forecasting and planning models and dashboards for leadership and Board.
