We’re looking for a Lead Architect who thrives on solving complex design challenges and driving innovation across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Define system architecture and clarify design requirements to guide hardware / software teams.
• Translate system requirements into robust power + control designs integrating power stages, embedded control, comms, thermal / mechanical constraints, and safety.
• Work out fit-for-purpose solutions that require deep expertise in electronics design and cross-domain integration.
• Make strategic design decisions balancing cost, modularity, robustness, scalability, and quality.
• Solve complex design trade-offs and mentor engineers in design analysis and tools.
• Utilize MATLAB for modeling, control, and data analysis; Test & automation: LabVIEW for production / functional test systems.
• Senior engineering background in electronics, with strong system-level thinking.
• Proven experience in architecture innovation, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English is a MUST.

Relocation

• We’re seeking high-skilled professionals in Spain who are open to relocating to Belgium.
