Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Generation of cardiac reporter cell lines from human pluripotent stem cells
• Generation of cardiac cells for the assembly of cardiac constructs
• Implementation of cardiac engineered cells into microfluidic devices to model disease
• Maintenance of human pluripotent stem cells

Requirements For Candidates

• Degree in biology, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, biology, electrical engineering, or similar areas
• Previous experience in cell culture and human pluripotent stem cells manipulation
• Previous experience in the use of microfluidic systems to steer human pluripotent stem cells differentiation will be very positively evaluated
• Competencies and skills: Excellent communication and teamworking skills, proactivity, commitment, critical and analytical thinking
• High level of English
