A leading IT infrastructure service provider in Spain is seeking a Hemmersbach Technician to provide 2nd level support for end users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting resident technicians, and documenting resolutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months of IT experience, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in English.

Formación

As a Hemmersbach Technician, you make end users at renowned companies happy every day thanks to your friendly and competent demeanor. This position involves direct customer contact with various requirements within the scope of 2nd level support. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Analyze errors, maintain hardware, set up/remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active Directory.
  2. Provide local support to resident technicians and remote support to the headquarters of the Corporate Group, as needed.
  3. Troubleshoot and document steps taken to resolve hardware, software, and application issues in a ticketing system.
  4. Update inventory control monthly.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent).
  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Experience in OS, applications, and hardware installation and troubleshooting depending on project products.
  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Solid knowledge of English (B2 minimum).
