medmix busca un Site Human Resources Manager en su sede de Valencia, siendo responsable de los procesos de personal y colaboración con el departamento de HR del grupo. El candidato ideal tendrá una sólida experiencia en un entorno industrial, conocimiento de la legislación laboral española y habilidades excepcionales de liderazgo y comunicación. Se unirá a un equipo comprometido con la mejora continua y el crecimiento organizacional.

Formación

• Experiencia comprobada en un rol similar, en un entorno de fabricación.
• Conocimiento excelente de la legislación laboral española.
• Fluidez en español e inglés, tanto hablado como escrito.

Responsabilidades

• Gestión y desarrollo del equipo de Recursos Humanos en Valencia.
• Proporcionar apoyo estratégico y operativo a los objetivos del departamento de HR.
• Supervisión de relaciones laborales y resolución de conflictos.

Job Description

The Site Human Resources Manager at medmix Spain S.L.



will play a key role in executing and improving local HR matters for our site in Valencia (+/- 300 FTE). Responsible for all personnel processes of medmix Spain S.L. as well as their continuous improvement. This role is part of the Management Team in Valencia. Also, this role will collaborate with the Group HR department and drive global medmix HR initiatives and processes where applicable.

Leadership tasks

- Direct management, leadership and professional development of HR team in Valecia
- Provide strategic and operational guidance and support of the overall goals of the local HR department (e.g. cost efficiency, service quality, social responsibility, legal compliance, etc.)
- Being part of the Valencia Management Team

Functional tasks

- Employee Relations and Engagement
- Provide operational and strategic guidance and give support to line managers and employees on complex personnel and employment law matters.
- Manage high-stakes conflict resolution for both managers and employees, ensuring equitable outcomes.
- Oversee the handling of disciplinary cases, including negotiations, warnings, and terminations,



with a focus on minimizing organizational risk.
- Support employees during critical times of long-term illness or accidents, ensuring their well-being and reintegration.

Talent Management and Compensation:

- Lead the functional evaluation and grading of positions to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness according to global medmix standards
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure medmix remains a leader in employee compensation and benefits.
- Drive the strategic workforce planning and execution of the annual salary review process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Learning and Development:

- Plan and monitor employee development programs, tracking progress and ensuring alignment with career paths.




- Develop and implement a comprehensive training catalog

Employee transition

- Lead the strategic planning and execution of contract terminations, ensuring compliance and minimizing organizational disruption.
- Conduct exit interviews with a focus on strategic insights and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with line management to create detailed and supportive reference letters.

Additional tasks

- Lead and collaborate on strategic HR projects that drive organizational growth and efficiency.
- Oversee the monitoring and reporting of HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Valencia site to support business relevant decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations related to environmental protection, occupational safety, health protection, and fire prevention.

Qualifications

Required qualification

- Proven track record in a similar role,



both in manufacturing environment and in a matrix structured organisation
- Higher education in Business, Economics or Human Resources
- Excellent knowledge in Spanish labor law and regulations
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written
