Ebury Madrid is seeking a KYC Systems Admin to design and implement our CLM solutions, focusing on configuring the Fenergo platform. Your work will strengthen AML, risk rating, identity verification, and ongoing due diligence for clients worldwide.

This role is hybrid: 4 days in the Madrid office and 1 day remote each week, offering opportunities to collaborate with product teams and ensure compliant, scalable processes.

Formación

• Fen-X configuration experience is a must-have.
• Strong business analysis and requirements elicitation.
• Ability to prioritize and escalate issues effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and results-oriented.
• Fluent English, good written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Configure FenX platform (Fenergo) in line with Ebury requirements.
• Validate the functional configuration changes as expected.
• Support acceptance testing to address queries and update configurations.
• Collaborate with the Product Team on requirements and testing outputs.
• Support defect triage throughout the delivery process.
• Adhere to governance and compliance processes.
