Columbia Sportswear Company is expanding its Spanish sales team in Barcelona, taking direct ownership of a portfolio of major national retail accounts in sports and outdoor markets. You will report to the Country Manager Spain and manage accounts end-to-end, from seasonal plans to in-season execution.

This role offers autonomy, strong data-driven decision making, and collaboration with merchandising and marketing.

Formación

  • Around 3 to 5 years of experience as a Key Account Representative, Key Account Executive, or similar role managing large retail accounts.
  • Experience in sportswear, outdoor, fashion, or seasonal business is preferred; managing large retail chains or similar key accounts is required.
  • Native level Spanish and professional English.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage and grow long term relationships with major national key accounts.
  • Build and negotiate seasonal commercial plans balancing growth and margins.
  • Use sales data and market insight to build data-driven arguments and support negotiations.
  • Run in-season follow up: track performance, adjust plans, and report on results.

We believe in empowering people to experience the outdoors to the fullest.And we believe in you.ABOUT THE MISSIONAs part of the evolution of our Spanish sales organization, we are creating a Key Account Representative role to take direct ownership of a portfolio of major national retail accounts in the sports and outdoor market.You will join the Spanish Sales team and report directly to the Country Manager, taking full ownership of the commercial relationship with your accounts, from the seasonal business plan to in season execution.
