Wiris in Barcelona is seeking an Agile Specialist (Kanban) to coach multiple teams, implement flow-based working, and improve delivery predictability across the organization.

You will facilitate retrospectives, visualize end-to-end work, and define working agreements while aligning with business priorities. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, and experience with Jira or Businessmap helps drive continuous improvement in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Agile/Lean environments.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and proven practical experience with Kanban systems and flow management.
• Experience with task management tools such as Businessmap or Jira.
• Solid understanding of flow metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, WIP) and data analysis for identifying opportunities for improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and support multiple teams (up to two simultaneously) in adopting and applying agile and Kanban practices, helping them address tensions and manage conflict constructively.
• Facilitate, teach, and strengthen retrospectives, feedback loops, and continuous improvement through coaching and structured team sessions.
• Design and evolve team Kanban systems and flow-based ways of working adapted to each team’s context using visualization and workflow management practices.
• Visualize and connect end-to-end work, from upstream demand to delivery, linking team activities to team strategy.
• Define and refine explicit policies and working agreements (Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, WIP limits, classes of service, and quality-delivery trade-offs).
• Monitor and analyze flow metrics with teams, helping them understand performance data, identify bottlenecks, and make informed decisions.
• Collaborate and align with stakeholders and across teams to balance demand, capacity, and priorities.
