AECOM is seeking a Junior Urban Planner to contribute to planning strategies, land-use frameworks and urban development guidelines. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create sustainable and implementable urban solutions.

Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree in a related field, 3+ years of experience, and skills in AutoCAD, GIS, and 3D visualization. English and Spanish proficiency are required, with opportunities to work on international projects.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, Geography, Regional Planning or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of professional experience in urban planning, master planning or urban development projects.
• Experience working on multidisciplinary and international projects is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the preparation of urban design concepts, master plans, and planning studies.
• Support the development of reports, design statements, planning applications, and client presentations.
• Prepare graphics, diagrams, maps, and presentation materials.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities.
• Contribute to planning, master planning and territorial development projects.
• Conduct urban analysis, benchmarking studies, site assessments and spatial evaluations.
