Drees & Sommer España is seeking a proactive IT Procurement professional to join our Global IT Procurement Team in Málaga. You will update budget overviews, process POs, and coordinate hardware provisioning for construction sites across borders.

You will liaise with internal teams, manage domains, and handle EU delivery confirmations while ensuring invoice checks and liaison with accounts. English is essential; some German is a plus. Hybrid work option available.

Formación

• Degree in a relevant field or commercial/technical training.
• Initial relevant professional experience gained through internships or working as a student trainee.
• Proficiency in MS Office; basic knowledge of procurement processes preferred.
• Independent and structured approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and a team spirit.
• Very good English (C1); German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Updating and maintaining the budget overview, including open orders.
• Processing purchase orders and coordinating hardware provision for construction sites.
• Planning requirements and liaising with internal departments, including at an international level.
• Managing and maintaining domains.
• Processing delivery confirmations within the EU context.
• Checking invoices and forwarding them to the accounts department.

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant field or commercial/technical training
• Initial relevant professional experience gained through internships or working as a student trainee
• Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, basic knowledge of procurement processes
• An independent and structured approach to work
• Strong communication skills and a team spirit
• High level of English (C1) *Fluency is a must. Certain level of German is a plus.
