Overview

Hybrid — Oviedo | Full time (40 hours)

Your position: We are looking for a Junior Project Manager for our Digital Transformation department to support our team in leading transformational projects and project teams across regions and business functions. You will be supporting the project lifecycle from planning and implementation to closure, including preparation of project documentation (timeline, budget, resource planning) and follow-up on project progress with project teams via individual meetings and project update calls. You will be working in a diverse, dynamic and performance-driven team with a good team spirit.

Your tasks

• Planning and managing timelines, workshop schedules and monitoring completion of planned deliverables
• Providing proper project status visibility through the maintenance of clean project documentation and regular updates
• Leading smaller projects or work packages that are part of a bigger project, such as risk management or project interdependencies

Your profile

• A bachelor’s degree in business management/administration, IT, finance or similar
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Languages

English – Fluent

Nice to have

• Familiarity with refractory materials and recycling
• Previous hands-on experience in areas such as Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Power BI development is essential, and knowledge of SQL will be an asset
