ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions is assisting a client in Valladolid, Spain, by hiring a Junior Power Platform Developer to join the growing tech team. You will learn to develop with Power Apps and automate with Power Automate while supporting SharePoint administration.

The role welcomes recent graduates with a foundational knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform and strong analytical and collaboration skills. English fluency is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Fluent English with good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and enhancement of applications using Power Apps.
• Assist in creating and maintaining automated workflows with Power Automate.
• Help manage SharePoint sites, data, and user permissions.
• Troubleshoot, test, and resolve application issues.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements of digital solutions.
• Support user training and adoption activities for the Optima Solutions team.

Mission

Support the development and continuous improvement of digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, helping optimize business processes and enhance collaboration across the organization while building technical expertise within a structured and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and enhancement of applications using Power Apps.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of automated workflows with Power Automate.
• Help manage and maintain SharePoint sites, data, and user permissions.
• Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and resolving application issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for existing digital solutions.
• Support user training and adoption activities across the Optima Solutions team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Recent graduates or candidates with limited professional experience are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Internship, academic, or personal project experience related to software development or automation.
• Exposure to SharePoint or other Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Passion for learning and developing technical skills within the Microsoft ecosystem.
