Witan Search is seeking a hands-on International Legal Counsel to join our global manufacturing client in a fast-paced in-house environment. You will own a broad range of commercial contracts, corporate matters, and data privacy initiatives, coordinating with HR, finance and external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires 4–6 years PQE, fluency in English and Spanish, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Law degree from an accredited institution.
• 4–6 years PQE in law firm or multinational in-house.
• Experience in international commercial contracts and corporate matters.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• Fluent Spanish for Spain-based team.
• Ownership and accountability from inception to resolution.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution under pressure.
• Autonomous yet collaborative with alignment in meetings.

Aufgaben

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts across jurisdictions.
• Advise on corporate governance and entity management for international subsidiaries.
• Support employment matters across the international footprint with HR and local counsel.
• Provide guidance on data protection and privacy compliance.
