Responsabilidades

• Support UK Finance Team contributing to international projects.
• Production of invoices and contract billing.
• Dealing with intercompany transactions and reconciling accounts.
• Manage outstanding receivables and communicate with clients.
• Create master data in SAP FI / CO / SD.
• Perform daily business support requests.
• Provide Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable support.
• Participate in month-end activities ensuring compliance.

💼 What You’ll Do

You’ll support our UK Finance Team from our Western European Shared Services Center (SSC) located in Barcelona, contributing to international projects in financial accounting, reporting, and business analysis.

🔹 Production of invoices (including fixed price and intercompany) and contract billing

🔹 Intercompany transactions, posting and reconciliation of IC accounts.

🔹 Dealing with IC queries during the month.

🔹 Perform dunning activities to address outstanding receivables and manage communication with clients regarding overdue payments.

🔹 Create master data like customers, projects, contracts in SAP FI / CO / SD.

🔹 Carry out daily business support requests.

🔹 Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) support.

🔹 Handle day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate and timely recording.

🔹 Collaborate with the UK and Barcelona teams to provide financial support and analysis.

🔹 Participate in the month-end activities.

🔹 Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 0–1 year of experience in financial accounting
• Fluent in English
• Well-versed in MS Office suite, especially in Excel, and ideally familiar with SAP
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized
• Experience with contract billing is a plus
• Ability to organize efficiently and work in an international team
